New Shifter!

I replaced the factory OMC shifter with these single action Morse shifters I found on an old 1978 Egg Harbor!  Love it.  I didn't have to get new cables, just bolted the old ones to the shifter.  DONE!  Now i have to re-position the ignitions and trim button.

Toe rail project

Here are the "before" pictures of the Toe Rail.

As you can see, the varnish was pretty much peeling away!

I used a heat gun and scarper to strip the varnish off and got this:

Used a palm sander with 60 grit, to get this:
